Before any regulated product is imported, promoted or sold, the applicable product-registration, authorization, labelling and import requirements must be reviewed and completed.
All product claims, promotional materials and commercial activities must comply with the applicable laws and approved product information.
Where specialist regulatory or legal support is required, the appropriate qualified professionals may be consulted.
